Digital purchases
Read the collection description and price before purchasing. During underwriting no real transactions are accepted.
Access and billing problems
If you are charged incorrectly, charged more than once or cannot access purchased content, contact support with the transaction reference and account email. Do not provide card numbers.
Review of requests
We review each request based on the offer, delivery record and applicable consumer law. Approved refunds return through the original payment provider. Refunded purchases may lose library access.
Consumer rights
Nothing in this policy removes statutory consumer rights. Any legally required digital-delivery consent will be presented before active checkout.
